Invitation cards are mandatory for the Convocation. Cards will be available from Student Affairs Office.

The Convocation of Foundation University is scheduled in November/December. Eligible graduates interested in attending can register by the specified deadline.
Eligible Graduates
Position Holders of all Semester Examinations passed during the year, i.e., 1st October 2022 to 30 September 2023. They will be conferred Degrees / Medals / Merit Certificates.
All passed out students of Bachelor/Master/MS/MPhil Programmes who have completed degree requirements under semester system as regular students of the University in the year 2022 & 2023.

Registration Procedure
Rs. 2500/ Convocation participation fee will be charged from registered graduates.
Students, who haven’t obtained their degrees yet, must submit "Degree Fee" through Deposit Slip of Rs.3000 available on the Convocation portal after Registration.
You will need Passport Size Photograph, Copy of Guests ID cards, and Copy of Deposit Slips while filling out this form.
The eligible graduates must receive their convocation invitation card from the Student Affairs & Facilitation Center after the confirmation message of invitation.

Note
Security Fee for convocation robes is Rs.2500/- refundable after deduction of gown rent (Rs.500/-) .
Only registered graduates will be allowed to enter the convocation ceremony. Moreover, attendance in full dress rehearsal is mandatory for participation in the convocation.
The prescribed academic costume / gown can be hired / purchased from the university after the submission of prescribed dues / security on rehearsal day.
After completing the online registration process, graduates must submit the Convocation Registration Form in person at the Student Affairs & Facilitation Center before the due date.
